ProcessOn is an Internet software service provided by Beijing damaidi information technology co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "damaidi"). These terms of service (" terms of service ") are the primary agreement between you and barley field regarding your (" you "or" customer ") access to and use of ProcessOn and other services provided by barley field (" services "). By registering, logging in ProcessOn and/or using the services provided by barley field, you agree to accept the terms of service. If you do not agree to the agreement, please do not use the service. Therefore, please read carefully.
Barley land reserves the right to make any modifications and additions to the terms of service from time to time and to post them on the ProcessOn website. Amendments and supplements to the terms of service will take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued access to and use of ProcessOn is considered your acceptance of the revised terms of service. ProcessOn's specific services are provided by damaidi based on the actual situation, such as personal information sharing, as well as online comments, online collaboration and other services. Damaidi provides users with professional and easy to use mapping tools and massive map library resources, supports online creation flow chart, mind map, prototype diagram, network topology diagram and UML diagram, and realizes real-time collaboration and sharing among users relying on the Internet.
In order to continuously improve user experience, damaidi will provide other services for users from time to time. At that time, we may sign other special agreements with you. However, your use of ProcessOn's specific services will be deemed to be your consent to any request by barley field for such specific services, even if no other special agreement has been signed. In the event of any conflict between any other special agreement and this article, the other special agreement shall prevail, subject to such conflict and to matters specific to the agreement.
Barley field reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the free services at any time, and reserves the right to adjust the types and forms of services provided by ProcessOn according to the actual situation. Barley field shall not be liable for any loss you may incur as a result of the adjustment of any of the free services provided by ProcessOn. Notwithstanding the provisions of this article, damaidi shall have the right to charge the corresponding service fee for such free services at appropriate times in the future. Damaidi reserves the right to terminate the fee-based services provided to you at any time and to adjust the types and forms of fee-based services provided by ProcessOn as the case may be. If barley field discontinues to provide a charging service, barley field is only obligated to reimburse you a portion of the fee for the unused service period. However, barley land will use reasonable efforts to allow you reasonable time to respond to changes, discontinuations or terminations of such services.
In order to access ProcessOn and use the service, you agree to fill in an accurate and true registered email address, password and name as prompted by ProcessOn's website, and to ensure the validity and legality of any future updates to your login email address, name, and avatar. If you provide any information that is illegal, false, unethical or that the field does not consider appropriate for display on ProcessOn; Or barley field has reason to suspect that your data is a virus program or malicious operation; Or you violate the provisions of these terms of service; Or use ProcessOn for commercial purposes without malland's consent, malland reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and to deny you all or any part of the service, now and in the future.

If you find unauthorized use of your account information or suspect that anyone has unauthorized access to your private content, you should immediately change your password and give us feedback. Barley land shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by incorrect information provided by you or your failure to secure your account information.

The content posted on ProcessOn by the user (including but not limited to the content in ProcessOn's current product features) represents the individual position and opinion of the user and does not represent the position or opinion of barley field. As the publisher of the content, you assume full responsibility for the content uploaded and published on this platform, and it has nothing to do with barley field. Damaidi has no control over the content uploaded or published via this platform, so it does not guarantee the correctness, legality, security or integrity of the content uploaded or published. Although damaidi has the right to review the digital works you uploaded to ProcessOn, such review is only a formal review and does not include any substantive review of the content you uploaded, and damaidi's above review shall not be deemed as damaidi taking any warranty responsibility for the content you uploaded and published on this platform. If you use the content of this platform to violate the legal provisions or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, resulting in any third party's claim, you shall bear all legal liabilities independently.

By using ProcessOn and the services provided by barley field, you give your consent to barley field's lawful collection and use of technical or diagnostic information about you and the services you use. The information collected will be used to improve the content and technology of ProcessOn's products and to improve the quality of ProcessOn's services.
Barley field will not provide or sell your information and content to other organizations or individuals
Damadi will make every reasonable effort to protect your information security, and take reasonable precautions such as data transmission, storage, and conversion for this purpose. However, there may be certain unknown and uncertain data security risks in the transmission, storage, and conversion of Internet data. Daimadi will not bear any liability for damage to your data due to intentional or gross negligence of non-Damai fields such as Internet technology itself. If the gross negligence of Damai endangers your data security, Damai's liability is limited to the service fee charged to you.
Once you register as a user, it means that you have reached an agreement with Damadi and fully accept all the terms under these Terms of Service. The right to interpret, modify and update the disclaimer is owned by Damai.
If the network service is suspended or the service function is adjusted due to the need for system maintenance or upgrade, Damai will make an announcement on the website as far as possible.

If the user uses this service to engage in any illegal or infringing behavior, the user bears full responsibility on its own, and Damaidi does not bear any legal responsibility and joint liability. Therefore, if any damage is caused to Damai Field or any third party, the user shall be responsible for full compensation.
The user hereby specifically declares and promises that the user has paid full attention to the clauses in this service agreement that exempt or limit the liability of Damai, and the user fully understands and understands the provisions of these terms and agrees to accept them.
