Registration Requirements

Anyone who meets the provisions of the Accounting Law, the Measures for the Administration of Accounting Qualifications, and other relevant laws and regulations, and applies for the accounting qualification, can register for the examination: (1) adhere to principles and have good moral character; (2) comply with national laws and regulations; (3) possess certain accounting professional knowledge and skills; (4) love accounting work and act impartially. Persons whose accounting qualification certificates have been revoked shall participate in the accounting qualification examination if they meet the conditions for re-application. Persons who have committed violations related to their accounting duties, such as providing false financial accounting reports, falsifying accounts, concealing or intentionally destroying accounting vouchers, accounting books, financial accounting reports, embezzling or misappropriating public funds, or职务侵占, and are依法 held criminally responsible, shall not obtain or re-obtain the accounting qualification.
