1. Which user need is being met?
2. Compared with similar products, what is the uniqueness? (Product positioning)
3. Decompose users based on the core value of the product, categorizing them into different roles.
4. Become a user. Answer the following two questions for each role category.
Question 1: Why would this character use this product?
Question 2: How does this character become aware of and reach this product?
5. Determine role achievements. Determine how the product satisfies the sense of accomplishment for different roles.
